Policies

Clear expectations, thoughtful care

A simple overview of consultations, booking requests, scheduling, payment, supplies, access, and belongings.

Free consultation and booking approval

Every request begins with a free consultation so we can understand the space, priorities, and service needs. Submitting the form sends a request only. A booking is not confirmed until Pristine Perspectives reviews the details, confirms availability, and approves the request.

Contact preference

Clients may choose text message, email, or a phone call. Text and email are preferred for easy written follow-up, but phone calls are always welcome.

Deposits and pricing

No deposit is required when a booking is approved. Service pricing and any applicable add-ons will be discussed before the appointment is confirmed.

Service pricing

Deep Cleaning — $180–$380. Available as a one-time or monthly service. This is the only monthly residential cleaning option outside 55+ communities. Pricing depends on the home’s size, condition, priorities, and requested add-ons.

Organizing & Decluttering — $50 per hour. Two-hour minimum.

Move-In Refresh Cleaning — $100–$150. For an empty apartment or home needing a refresh before belongings arrive.

Move-Out Cleaning — $400 base price. Applies to an empty apartment or home in standard condition.

Office Cleaning — $80–$150. Pricing depends on the office’s size, layout, condition, and requested work. Final pricing is confirmed after the free consultation.

Short-Term Rental Turnovers — $250–$400. Pricing depends on the property’s size and condition. All listed add-on services are included in the turnover price.

Ongoing Care for 55+ Communities — $40 per hour. Two-hour minimum. Biweekly ongoing residential care is available exclusively to residents of 55+ communities.

After-Party Cleanup — starting at $80. Includes a light residential party reset: ordinary trash gathered and placed in the client’s onsite bins, accessible surfaces wiped, and the main gathering area vacuumed or swept. Large events, extensive spills, dishes, decorations, outdoor areas, or unusually heavy cleanup require a revised quote.

Move-out items

The $400 move-out base price assumes the property is empty. A $20–$50 charge may apply when small items left behind require bagging, disposal, or additional labor. The exact charge will be discussed before removal.

Pristine Perspectives does not remove large furniture or bulky items such as beds, mattresses, dressers, appliances, or similar belongings.

Payment

Cash, Zelle, and Apple Cash are currently accepted. Payment is due when the service is completed and must be received no later than one hour after completion. Card payments are not currently available.

First 10 clients promotion

The first 10 approved clients receive $25 off each approved service completed during their four-month promotional period. The discount applies whether the client schedules one or two services per month, including eligible biweekly care for clients in 55+ communities and approved office-cleaning schedules. The four-month period begins with the client’s first completed service.

Referral reward

When an existing client refers someone new to Pristine Perspectives, the referring client receives a one-time $10 credit after the new client completes and pays for their first service. The $10 credit may be added on top of another available discount and applies to one approved service only.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Please contact Pristine Perspectives as soon as you know you need to cancel or reschedule. Providing 12 to 24 hours of notice is requested, and rescheduling is free. Clients who cancel fewer than 12 hours before the scheduled start time will be charged $25. For example, cancelling a 5:00 PM appointment at 4:00 PM will result in a $25 charge. Clients who miss an appointment without notice will also be charged $25.

Monthly and biweekly service

Deep Cleaning is available as a one-time or monthly service for any household. It is the only monthly residential cleaning option outside 55+ communities. Biweekly ongoing residential care is available only to clients living in 55+ communities.

Cleaning products, supplies, and vacuum use

Pristine Perspectives will arrive with cleaning products, basic supplies, and a vacuum. Client-provided products may also be used when requested, including products preferred for a particular surface, sensitivity, or household need.

To help reduce the transfer of pet dander or other allergens between homes, clients with pet allergies or other vacuum-related sensitivities should provide their own suitable vacuum for use during service. Please discuss allergies and special product or equipment requests before the appointment is confirmed.

Pets

Pets are loved and welcome in the home, but they should be kept in a comfortable, secure area while service is underway. If a friendly pet has not been put away, the client may provide permission and clear instructions for Pristine Perspectives to safely place the pet in its designated area. Clients should personally secure any pet that may be anxious, protective, or reactive before service begins.

Property access

Clients do not need to remain home during service. Pristine Perspectives may enter an unoccupied property only with the client’s clear permission and an agreed access method, such as a key, door code, or lockbox. Access information will be treated privately, and the property will be secured as instructed when service is complete.

When clients are home

Clients are always welcome to remain home. When possible, allowing room to work in the area currently being serviced helps the appointment move comfortably and efficiently for everyone.

Preparing floors, items, and belongings

Before service, clients should pick up clothing, toys, papers, valuables, and other personal belongings from the floor so the requested cleaning can be completed safely and efficiently. Fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable belongings should be secured rather than left in the work area.

When needed to clean an accessible surface, Pristine Perspectives may carefully pick up, dust, and replace appropriate client items.

Service concerns

If any part of the completed service does not feel right, please contact Pristine Perspectives as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours. After reviewing the concern, a reasonable touch-up of the affected area may be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time at no additional cost.

Before-and-after photos and privacy

Clients choose their photo preference in the booking form. They may decline photos, allow photos only for private service documentation, or separately approve non-identifying before-and-after images for the Pristine Perspectives gallery and marketing.

Choosing not to allow photos will never affect booking approval or the quality of service. Photos will not include names, addresses, people, private documents, family photographs, or other identifying details. Images will never be displayed publicly without the client’s separate permission.

Photos uploaded by a client with a booking request are used only to understand the space and prepare the requested service unless additional permission is provided.

Booking information and form processing

Booking requests are securely processed through Basin, a third-party form service, so the submitted information and optional photos can be delivered to Pristine Perspectives. Information is used only to review the request, arrange the free consultation, provide the requested service, maintain appropriate business records, and respond to service-related questions.

Pristine Perspectives does not sell client booking information. Clients may contact customerservice@apristineperspective.com to ask about their submitted information or request deletion when the information is no longer required for legitimate business or legal purposes.

Special instructions

Clients should provide accurate access information, pet details, surface concerns, and other special instructions before the appointment is confirmed.
